How to manage automatic post-purchase upsells

Enable & disable the post-purchase upsells from the Settings tab in your Vanga AI dashboard.

You currently have two placements where Vanga AI displays automatic upsells - the post-purchase page and the Thank You page.

In this example, both upsell placements are Enabled (Recommended).

To disable your post-purchase upsells, click the Disable button. It will prompt you to go to your Shopify checkout settings and unselect Vanga AI as your primary post-purchase upsell app. This is currently the only way to disable your post-purchase upsells.

Please mind that this action will disable both manual and automatic post-purchase upsells.

To confirm your post-purchase upsells are disabled, once you complete the action from the popup and unselect Vanga AI as your primary upsell app, you will have to click the Verify post-purchase app button.

To enable your post-purchase upsells again, you will have to repeat the same action.

Click the Enable button
Open checkout settings
Select Vanga AI as primary post-purchase upsell app
Come back and Verify post-purchase app
